About PR Cutoff
PR Cutoff is a free set of Canadian permanent residence points calculators, draw trackers and RCIP community guides, run by InvokerLabs from Fort St. John, British Columbia.
It started as an iPhone app for the BC PNP. The app now covers Express Entry, four provincial programs and all 14 Rural Community Immigration Pilot communities, and this website runs the same rules engine, on the same rules files.
What we promise
- Every number comes from an official source, linked on the page.
- The calculators are checked against the official rules, and the CRS calculator against IRCC’s own calculator.
- Nothing you type into a calculator is saved or sent anywhere.
- PR Cutoff is not affiliated with IRCC, any province or any community, and it is not legal advice. For advice on your own case, talk to a licensed consultant (RCIC) or a lawyer.
